How do you pick locks with only a paperclip?

I am pretty sure that is illegal. Don’t even think about it! A lock is a lock no matter where it is.

you cant really do that to school locks and house doors.. but you can open up certain locks with paper clips like ones on the airport luggage or cheap stuff but it is impossible to stick a papeclip to open locks up in this day and age.

With great damn difficulty. Paperclips are tricky to use as lockpicks due to the size and shape. I would recommend picking up a cheap set of lockpicks and practising with them, then using your skills from there to try with a paperclip. However, paperclips, hairpins, and whatever else you see used on the movies can only generally be used in the simplest of locks, so don’t expect to be able to show off your paperclip skills by breaking into someone’s locker.

I think if anyone needs to pick a lock they should use a registered locksmith making sure it is done correctly and above all legally !
