Where can I learn how to pick locks?

I’m not planning on committing any crimes, it just strikes me as a useful skill, you know, like changing a tire or plumbing. I know you can buy kits, but where can you really learn how to use them?

Google "lockbumping". Better than picking locks. I tried it and it works.
