im not sure if this would go under this category, but where can i get a descent lockpicking set?

iv really been wanting a lockpick set, but im not sure where i can get a good one. also, is it easy? difficult? how long does it take to pick a lock?

Illegal in all 50 states unless you’re a locksmith…Time depends on your skill, or lack of, and the lock in question.

Exactly what first person said. Only available from a licensed locksmith, you can only get them if you are licensed or apprenticed.
