well for me. its mostly about personal preference. Experiment, find out what works best for you.

Always use light tension; the less the better otherwise its exceptionally easy to mis-set pins and KEEP them mis-set.
so thats basiically like a comb pick pushing both key and driver pins out of the plug completely, good job
