EPIC OWN in the first raider
Lol when you get far enough you get alot of plasma rifles, you do the android quest to get Harkens’ (or however its spelled) Custom Plasma rifle.
For all of you that’s asking.you can get this Plasma RIFLE sitting on a desk in the pentagon.I think’s its right outside the armory there.
