In World of Warcraft, I Cant Get My Lockpicking Skill past 350?

I am 70 and cant find where to go to get 350+ training. I heard i go to Northrend but there is nobody there to give me that ability.

The Feralfen Village in Outland is still a viable place to level your lockpicking, for 380+. The doors to Karazhan, Shadow Labyrinth, Shattered Halls, and The Arcatraz will all offer easy skill points as well, as all are orange at 350–simply leave your keys to these instances in your bank. Stratholme doors also remain green until 400; they are less likely to give a skill point, but offer multiple attempts in a single area with no travel time.

Yes,in Northrend you can get it.Try to look for it on the maps.

Lockpicking is dependent on your physical skill level. so if you are only level 70 at 5 skill points per level you can only have 350 Lockpicking. At level 71 its 355. At level 80 its 400.

There is NO TRAINER for lockpicking.
