I seriously didn’t want to see this!! :)

it felt really good when I overmastered (nice wordplay) the Master 140 by SPPing it… it has been a tough 4 pinner.

My 140 is also really stubborn, and it’s a Very new lock; I just got it 3 or 4 days ago. I can feel a bit of spring action on the side of the shackle that comes out of the body when it’s opened, but nothing on the other side. I’ve bypassed a few smaller, cheaper locks, so I think I understand what technique to use, but it doesn’t seem to help. Maybe b/c it’s so new, the springs are just too stiff to be manipulated in this way.

But now i cant find that spot again :S
cant u cut open a master 140 and show us where we have to go ?

Kulvax2006 November 5, 2009 at 3:28 am

Well i just made it move half way but not fully :(

Kulvax2006 November 5, 2009 at 3:51 am

I cant seem to get the locking mechanism to move..

ChipShuhart November 5, 2009 at 4:15 am

ive been reading peoples comments and i cant get it either. weird thing though, when the lock is open i can get the latch to move but like you said, it may be just the one side

Bonju06 November 5, 2009 at 5:11 am

is this for that kind of masterlock? or can that work on any padlock? exept the few that are impossible to bypass or even pick for that matter

Yea pull up slightly. A picking friend just sent me one that he coulden’t bypass, and I can’t get it either, only half. I don’t know if Master lock changed something or not. But I’m going to pick up a new one to find out.

wizwazzle November 5, 2009 at 8:43 am

Hey bruno, i just cant seem 2 get it..,how do u stop the latch on one side from clicking back in when u take yer pick out 2 do the the other side of the shackle?
it’s really starting to drive me nuts…
(Am i missing something?)
i tried pulling out on the shackle w/ no luck.then tried pushing the shackle in slightly, still cant get it..
i also tried to single pin pick it but i am just not good enough to beat security pins yet.
(YET)..only been at this for maybe 2 months.

I show the bypass mechanism on my vid “EM-D-KAY Picked” @ 1:45. For false set vids search “security pin detection” from Slimpickingsooooo, & “devonlocks”.

Timmahhh00 November 5, 2009 at 9:35 am

Do you have a cutaway of the Masterlock 130? Someone needs to post a diagram of how bypassing works, and what false set spool pins looks like. I can’t get my 130 open for the life of me. I can’t even pick the little bastard with my pick gun, the pins keep false setting. I’m waiting for my spring loaded feather light tension wrench, hopefully that works. If not i’m gonna tape my lock to a block of C4. haha

Nice video! this helped me a lot

bruno2260 November 5, 2009 at 10:20 am

I don’t have a C/C set but I don’t see why it woulden’t. I imagine they are the same thickness of a regular pick, just a little shorter.

Zstrike7 November 5, 2009 at 10:59 am

i just got the credit card lock pick set…will that open these locks???

swweeetttt November 5, 2009 at 11:03 am

Oooooooooohhhh, okey dokey i’ll try that

bruno2260 November 5, 2009 at 11:11 am

I got a new shipment of tools comming, I’ll let ya know were I got’em in my next vid (I have to try them out first). The ones I’m using here are kinda cheap.

masterfurbix November 5, 2009 at 11:19 am

thanks!!!!!

this is a wonderful tutorial, you should tell us where to buy/make our own lockpicks

th55 November 5, 2009 at 11:57 am

Hmmmm I clicked someone video link and ended up here. XD Nice

th55 November 5, 2009 at 12:11 pm

WOWHO!!! Im an ace

bruno2260 November 5, 2009 at 12:24 pm

Yea, only to flip the pick over. I’m using the backside of a dimond, the front acts like a wedge and slips off. Don’t give up, once you get it you’ll be surprised how easy it is. Then you can apply it to other locks. ;)
