			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;ve never picked a lock before, but it&#8217;s something I would like to learn. I want to get an inexpensive set, but I also don&#8217;t want to be left wanting more picks or a different type that I would get with a larger expensive kit.<br />
I know of several web sites that you can oder picks from with no problem. As far as the legality, I am nearly positive that it is legal to possess picks in my state and regardless, they would never leave my home. Please offer advice if you have any.</p>
